Carolyn Anderson Kranker, of Louisville, Colorado passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 12, 2017. She was born April 2, 1937 to parents, Lois and Rell Anderson, of Price, Utah.
Carolyn was a loved and respected woman. She brought many lives into this world as a Labor and Delivery RN-NP in Boulder County. She was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints as Primary leader and teacher, Relief Society instructor and counselor, and Temple worker. She was a wonderful wife and a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. Her family and friends were her greatest joy.
Carolyn is survived by her husband of 58 years, Charles Kranker; her 3 sons, Scott Kranker (Marianne), Steve Kranker (Michelle), and Kirt Kranker (Carol); 6 grandchildren, Jason Kranker (KC), Kyle Kranker, Keith Kranker (Dayna), Lindsay Kranker (Jen), Andrew Kranker, and Meghan Kranker; 5 great-grandchildren, Abby, Ellie, Jonah, William and Theodore; 1 brother, David Anderson (Kathy); and 2 sisters, Phyllis Andrews (Paul), and Pat Howard. Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Loretta Preston (John).

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 18, 2017, 10 am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Louisville Ward at 701 West South Boulder Road, Louisville, CO. Visitation will be held from 5-7 pm Friday evening, March 17, 2017 at the Darrell Howe Mortuary, 1701 West South Boulder Road, Lafayette, CO.
